The Technical Lead/Technical Solution Principal will be the point of contact for assigned shared Services projects, coordinate significant customization work, and provide design/solution oversight on smaller projects.

Having ownership of projects within the practice domain, Delivery Lead provides delivery oversight of projects and is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time but within budget for referenceable customers.

The Vertical Lead is a line manager responsible for Delivery Leads within the vertical. They have revenue responsibility for all the practices within the vertical. The VL has ownership of projects within the vertical's domain.
